Nicole is a Registered Nurse having completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Edith Cowan University in 1992 and has had a varied career within both a clinical and management setting.

After training as a theatre nurse in Geraldton WA, Nicole moved to Darwin to work in the field of Cosmetic and Reconstructive surgery with two well respected Plastic Surgeons.

A year later, Nicole relocated to far North Queensland to take up the role of Operations Manager for AirRescue, a private aero medical retrieval service. Nicole co-ordinated retrievals on both commercial and dedicated aircraft throughout the Pacific Islands, Papua New Guinea, United States and the UK. Nicole often worked in tandem as the flight nurse on board and negotiating with international insurance companies.

Early 2001 saw Nicole take up the challenging role of the Health Services Manager for numerous Immigration Detention Centre’s in Western and South Australia.

In 2004 Nicole took up the role of WA State Manager of Marie Stopes International. Nicole became a dedicated speaker and educator to Western Australia’s medical fraternity on women’s sexual and reproductive health.

Nicole joined Capitol Health, an ASX listed company in 2006 as Operations Manager assisting with dental surgery management. Soon after, Nicole moved into the role of National Accreditation Manager [Medical Imaging] to keep abreast of the increasing demands of clinical governance, licensing and mandatory accreditation.  Nicole now assists nearly 900 sites throughout Australia as is frequently asked to speak at conferences and workshops on accreditation, quality assurance, infection control in relation to ultrasound transducers and Medicare compliance.
